Delegating accountability within an organization
Produces bi-product expenses and higher turn-over
Subordinate empowerment encourages collaboration
Improving productivity while reducing stagnation
Efficiency will increase and output will soar
Turn-over so low, remove the revolving door
Implementation of employee advancement
Through training and developing those in management
Endorse the strengths of subordinates you lead
Encourage innovative suggestions received
The politics of management are personal and cheap
Don't forget about the subordinates at your feet
Receiving workloads of delegated praise
Can destroy the desire to excel and remain
Organizational structure cannot long sustain
If accountability is delegating for personal gain

Randy, seems like you're on a bit of a politically themed couple days here. Good writes though. This revolving door piece I like the stream-like process, where each line can stand alone, yet can also attach themselves at times to the previous/following lines. Good write
Unfortunately...politics has positioned it's large dark umbrella over the scope of my thoughts at the moment. I've always been engaged in politics...quite nasty right now in office...and can't seem to re-direct focus. Haha, and trust me what I've put up is an attempt to stay as far away from politics as possible. I guess that's how prevalent it is on the my mind. I was wandering how obvious it was to everyone. Haha, might account for the recent drop in visitors...A game nobody wants to play. Not to worry sir, I'm sure I will receive a distraction soon enough that will send me spiraling in some other direction. Thanks for the comment
